How to Register, Payment Process, and Cancellation of Reservation

Conference Participation Terms and Consent for Personal Data Processing:

1. Registration and Payment:

1.1 You can register through the registration form

1.2. The registration is valid only after the mandatory registration fee has been paid within 10 days of registering for the conference. The payment is made in advance via bank transfer.

Bank account number: 115-358150257/0100. The payment amount can be found in the registration section. Please include the participant’s first and last name in the payment reference.

Your place at the conference is officially reserved only after the registration fee is paid.

2. Cancellation Terms:

2.1 Registration will be automatically canceled if the payment is not received within 10 days of registering for the conference.

2.2 Cancellation:

2.3 If the conference is canceled by the organizers, the registration fees will be refunded within 14 days from the planned date of the conference.

3. Consent for Personal Data Processing:

In accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data, I declare that by submitting the registration along with the information provided, I consent to the processing of my personal data and its inclusion in the conference database. This data will not be provided to third parties without my consent and will be used solely for the purpose of sending further information about the event and for sending information about upcoming events via email.
